Archives can be consulted by appointment in the
Special Collections reading room, located in the basement of the David
Wilson Library. Please note that retrieval times vary as some records are held off site.

The East Midlands Oral History Archive (EMOHA)
The East Midlands Oral History Archive (EMOHA) includes the collections of the former Leicester Oral History Archive, the Mantle archive from North West Leicestershire, the Community History archive of Leicester City Libraries, the Market Harborough Museum collection, and the sound archive of BBC Radio Leicester, along with smaller collections donated by local organisations or individuals from across the East Midlands.
We are in the process of adding the EMOHA collections to this online catalogue so please check regularly for updates. You can also search the
EMOHA catalogue, although this catalogue will be retired once all collections have been added here.
